All of our appointments include an assessment by a registered physiotherapist to identify the best treatment or management plan for you or your family member. Your first appointment may take approximately 30 minutes or more depending on you & your needs.

Neurological rehabilitation & care of the elderly (Home based)*

A new diagnosis or change in condition can be challenging for you & your loved ones. We can see you in your own home providing rehabilitation, information & training for you & those who help look after you, as well as advice on equipment & changes to your home if needed.

Assessment & rehabilitation of Sports, Orthopaedic & musculoskeletal injuries

From acute injuries, post surgical rehab, back, joint or muscle pain, our therapists can provide a rehabilitation plan tailored to you and your injury or performance needs.

Performance review, Sports or Remedial massage

If you are looking to improve your strength & fitness or get more flexible, our therapists can provide you with a programme to help you meet your goals. We also offer massage as a part of our treatments and can adapt these to your preference.
